What do I do with my completed Application Form?
Once you have completed your application form, you can either return it by email to davidlumsden@talktalk.net or by post to:

Once your application has been received, arrangements will be made for you to be visited by one of our team, usually a registered nurse. This is an opportunity for VIPs and their families/carers to discuss arrangements and clarify any medical issues.
All applications are subject to the appropriate medical provision on each holiday and the services of our volunteers who look after our VIPs.
Once a place has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be required.
